- Harmful Content - Generating content that is violent, abusive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful to others
- Illegal Content - Creating or sharing content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities
- Spam - Using PersonaAI to generate spam, unsolicited commercial content, or bulk messages
- Unauthorized Data Collection - Scraping, collecting, or harvesting data from PersonaAI without authorization, including other users' personas or content
- Malicious Activity - Using PersonaAI to create malware, phishing content, or other malicious code
- Deception - Using AI personas to deceive, manipulate, or defraud others
- Intellectual Property Violations - Creating personas from copyrighted material without proper rights or permissions
Content Guidelines
When creating AI personas, you must:
- Ensure you have the necessary rights to use any content submitted for persona training
- Not include personal data of third parties without their consent
- Not create personas specifically designed to generate harmful or inappropriate content
- Be transparent about the AI nature of personas when appropriate
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Reporting any unauthorized access immediately
Violations and Consequences
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning - Initial violations may result in a written warning
- Content Removal - Immediate removal of violating content or personas
- Account Suspension - Temporary suspension of your account pending review
- Account Termination - Permanent termination of your account for serious or repeated violations
We reserve the right to take immediate action to protect our platform and users when necessary.
